Free shipping is available on all orders to most countries such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg.

Preparation takes 1–2 weeks. Delivery time is preparation plus shipping time.

Estimated shipping times are DPD at about 2 weeks, expedited express for small pieces at 1–2 weeks and EMS for big but light products at 2–4 weeks.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to check delivery updates at 17track.net.

Contact support as soon as possible with your order reference to confirm cancellation eligibility and any charges. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. See the Returns & Refund Policy for the conditions.

PayPal is available. The final order total is calculated at checkout.

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories. Custom products, accessories such as bulbs, and bulk orders of three or more identical items are excluded. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
